TALKING PEACE WITH MY TALKING PIECE

We help students, educators, and families create real, lasting change in four key ways:

  • Dynamic Assemblies
We don’t lecture students, we engage them. Through story, music, and honest conversation, we help them tackle fear, build resilience, grow confidence, and strengthen empathy, self-worth, and emotional intelligence.

  • Talking Peace (Circle Practice)
We help communities move beyond “everything is fine” culture. Our proven circle process creates safe structure for honest conversations, turning unspoken tension into understanding, accountability, and real repair.

  • Student Leadership Workshops
Students develop practical leadership skills, healthy communication habits, self-awareness, and the tools to navigate conflict and build authentic relationships.

  • Family Support & Life Coaching
We support parents through life’s hardest transitions including divorce, co-parenting, raising teens, and blended families so they can build safe, healthy relationships at home.

Whether you want to strengthen staff culture, improve classroom connection, or address ongoing conflict, we provide the structure and guidance needed to have the conversations that truly change things.

Dishonest harmony is easy. Real peace takes courage. We help you do the hard work so it finally works.

LET’S TALK PEACE

01

DYNAMIC ASSEMBLIES

Talking Peace Collective - Jeo Ramos speaking and rapping to middle school and high school in a dynamic assembly.

TOPICS: FEAR, Resilience, CONFIDENCE, SELF-WORTH, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, Empathy, ANTI-BULLYING, & MORE.

We create unforgettable experiences.

Through powerful storytelling, live music/poetry, and authentic connection, we engage audiences in a way that holds attention, builds trust, and makes the message stick long after the event ends.

For school and organizational leaders, this means more than a moment of inspiration. It means measurable impact. Participants walk away motivated to value themselves, respect others, and understand how their daily choices shape the culture around them.

This isn’t just an assembly. It’s a catalyst for stronger climate, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

02

Through hands-on activities and guided conversations, students strengthen their emotional intelligence, understand their impact on others, and develop a deeper sense of purpose in their education and community.

Participants learn how to lead with integrity, slow down and communicate more thoughtfully, and use feedback as a tool for growth rather than criticism. Each session builds confidence, personal responsibility, and the ability to positively influence peers.

Students won’t just hold leadership titles, They’ll improve culture, relationships, and accountability across your campus.

Talking Peace (Circle Practice)

03

Talking Peace Collective - Jeo Ramos facilitates a restorative circle with high school students about boundaries, overcoming trauma, and talking peace in the world.

PURPOSE: INTRODUCTION TO Circle Practice, Collaboration, RESOLVE CONFLICT, AND RECONNECT AFTER SEPARATION.

Most teams and school communities work side by side every day yet rarely truly know one another. Hidden strengths go untapped. Unspoken frustrations quietly grow. And unresolved conflicts slowly drain morale, collaboration, and performance.

This is the cost of dishonest harmony — when people stay polite on the surface but avoid saying what actually needs to be said.

Our Circle Practice creates a structured, psychologically safe process for honest dialogue. It gives participants the tools and space to surface real concerns, listen with understanding, and address issues before they become culture problems.

Your people need the capability to handle hard conversations with clarity and trust.

04

Family Support/Life coaching

Topics: Student relationships, students of divorced or blended families, restoring Dysfunctional friendships.

Many students walk into school carrying the weight of challenges at home like divorce, blended family transitions, conflict, or major life changes. Without a safe space to process these realities, those burdens often show up as behavior issues, emotional distress, or disengagement in the classroom.

Together, Mandy Ramos and Jeo Ramos provide trusted, compassionate support for students, parents, and even staff navigating difficult seasons. Drawing from both professional experience and their own lived journey through divorce and blending a family, they offer guidance that is practical, credible, and deeply human.

This means student well-being, better family engagement, and A team that can move through hard transitions with acceptance, clarity, and peace.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING…

Mr. Ramos... was very approachable, funny and honest to the extent that the students were paying attention and felt related to the examples and experiences that he shared with the classes. He is a great speaker and a relatable individual... the students, as well as teachers, greatly benefited from having him in our classes.
— S. Peña, High School Teacher
Thank you for today. In my 20 years of teaching, it was hands down the BEST PD I’ve ever attended.
— M. Hanke, Elementary Teacher
He was animated and created excellent connections with my students. He successfully used wait time, allowing students the opportunity to process information and engage in organic discussions. Jeo knew how to interweave and connect his own personal experiences from childhood in a way that made these deep topics relevant and accessible for the freshmen at my school.
— J. Thomas, High School Teacher
Jeo and Mandy, you are outstanding! You guys were so much fun! What a wonderful experience! I was disappointed when the time was over!
— D. Walker, School Principal
He took the time to ensure that students were not only able to understand the content but also felt heard and respected in the process. His ability to speak both Spanish and English further demonstrated his commitment to making sure every learner could participate and benefit from the conversation.
— A. Akter, ENL High School Teacher
I love that you rapped what you were feeling, I felt connected. I loved the life stories and that you were being honest with us. I liked the lesson on speaking up for yourself.
— Senior Student, NJ High School
Excellent... Mr. Ramos was a great presenter, he kept the students’ attention and I’d love to have him back anytime. The rapping definitely had them engaged, actually from start to end it was engaging.
— K. Carter, High School Counselor
Jeo hit all the corners, he presented the information promptly; it was fun, entertaining and the kids loved it. They learned so much in a creative way! We want him to keep coming back and we recommend that he goes to your school too. A lot of our students need a positive message in a way that they can understand it.
— Counseling Team, NY Middle School
